حذف حسابك هو إجراء نهائي ولا يمكن التراجع عنه. سيتم حذف جميع بياناتك بشكل دائم خلال 30 يومًا.

كيفية حذف حسابك

البيانات	الإجراء
معلومات الحساب (الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، الهاتف)	يُحذف نهائياً
رصيد المحفظة	يُحذف نهائياً
نقاط الولاء	يُحذف نهائياً
رموز الإشعارات والأجهزة	يُحذف نهائياً
سجلات المعاملات والطلبات	يُحتفظ بها مجهولة الهوية (متطلب قانوني)
التذاكر الفائزة	يُحتفظ بها مجهولة الهوية (متطلب قانوني)

بعد الحذف، لن تتمكن من استرداد حسابك أو أي بيانات مرتبطة به.
أي رصيد متبقي في المحفظة سيُفقد نهائياً.
يمكنك إنشاء حساب جديد بنفس البريد الإلكتروني لاحقاً، لكن لن يتم استرداد البيانات القديمة.
تتم معالجة طلب الحذف فوراً، ويتم مسح البيانات بالكامل خلال 30 يومًا.

Deleting your account is a permanent action and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Wallet balance	Permanently deleted
Loyalty points	Permanently deleted
Notification tokens & devices	Permanently deleted
Transaction & order records	Retained anonymized (legal requirement)
Winning tickets	Retained anonymized (legal requirement)

After deletion, you will not be able to recover your account or any associated data.
Any remaining wallet balance will be permanently lost.
You can create a new account with the same email later, but old data will not be recovered.
The deletion request is processed immediately, and data is fully erased within 30 days.
